Pizza Express in Itzehoe

I ordered via Lieferando and according to the app the Confirmed Delivery should be in about 45 minutes. After about 75 minutes I called and asked when it was really going to arrive. Since the food was already 30 minutes overdue. Research was carried out immediately, but I was put off for the next 5 to 10 minutes. I actually expected an apology, but it didn't come. The food finally arrived after a 45 minute delay. At least the driver apologized several times. With good reason! In the end, the food was still warm enough and tasty. Without the driver it would only have been 3 stars.

Everyone should eat where they want. Clean has to get better there

The pizzas are very tasty. Had ordered three of these party pizzas for a celebration and they were very, very satisfactory. In terms of price also great, a pizza cost 19.90 € and you could choose 4 toppings. Here will certainly be ordered again.

Nice staff, both on the phone and the driver. Fast delivery and also a special request was easily met. But.. In terms of taste, nothing was exhilarating .. Fried onions, old lettuce and cucumber were on the hamburgers. Instead of mustard and ketchup, as is common, there were tasteless sauces. Not possible. Schnitzel and gyros weren't really fresh either. Food was only lukewarm. The fries were good so far, there was no gripe. But otherwise .. freshness is the most important thing for me. And unfortunately this is not given here. Too bad. Value for money would have been fine if the food had been fresh. So it was unfortunately too expensive for the quality.

I ordered 4 party pizzas because it was my son's birthday. A pizza (60x40cm) costs 19.90 € which is really a good price. Everyone on the birthday loved it. My son was happy.

The food arrived only lukewarm or even partially cold. The amount of casserole was almost nothing for the price and the cheese on it was about 1 tablespoon for 1.40 € extra to ask for is cheeky. We will never order there again.

Delivery time: on time, bearer: friendly, telephone contact: friendly and has understood the name correctly and the order without much asking; Pizza Jonny: outside crispy, inside: very warm and consistency good; The only drawback: the sauce hollandaise was unfortunately not made on the broccoli's and therefore hardly tasted. Nachgemack was unfortunately not convincing or it tasted more recently after Cheddar than to Hollondaise (this constellation should be changed again). Value for money: satisfactory, if you do not have high standards.
